Browse through the three departments of our Country Store Online by using the navigation choices to the left of the page. Within each department, click on items to view them in greater detail.

Select/Order
Use the drop down menus at the bottom of individual product pages to choose size and color. Click the Order button to add the item to your shopping cart. After clicking Order, you’ll see selections to change quantities, remove items, or check out.

Buy
Click on Check Out and complete your order by following the step-by-step instructions provided. If you have any problems call us toll free at (800) 445-0269. Because our store is not open 24 hours, you may get our answering machine, kindly leave us a message, and one of our friendly store staff will get back to you as soon as possible to answer your questions.

Payment
Four online payment options are now available, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to enter your complete credit card number and expiration date. We also accept checks and money orders for mail, phone and fax orders. Call us for details at (800) 445-0269.

Multiple Orders and Shipments
If you would like to prepare multiple purchases for different shipping locations, prepare a separate order for each destination.

Shipping
When you Check Out, you need to select your shipping preferences so the charges may be calculated with your order. Domestic shipping charges are automatically calculated for the shipping option you select. Shipping charges must be added for each shipping address. Please create a new order for each additional shipping address.
 
Shipping charges for International orders (includes Canada) will be automatically added to the charge and may exceed 30 USD.
 
Shipping is not guaranteed the same day an order is placed, due to the perishable nature of our products. Based on the destination of your order, and day of the week your order is placed, we may delay shipping to prevent an order from being held in transit over the weekend, which may damage the freshness of your order.
 
Maintaining the appearance and taste of our products is as important to us as we know it is to you. Therefore, during the summer months, April 15 through September 30, we guarantee only those food products that are shipped via overnight delivery. While this method does cost a bit more, you will be assured of the quality of our gift packages. (P.O. Box delivery is not available with overnight shipments.)

Christmas Delivery
Please complete your order as early as possible. We recommend that we receive your order by early December to avoid express shipping charges.

Substitutions
In case of a shortage, an item of equal or greater value will be substituted.
